T. Nicholas Trost

T. Nicholas "Nick" Trost practices civil litigation in Denver, focusing his practice almost entirely on plaintiff's personal injury cases. Mr. Trost has extensive automobile and personal injury litigation experience and has also litigated contractual and real estate disputes as well as defended clients in criminal matters. With a background in Science, he particularly enjoys cases with complex medical issues. Prior to joining Bell & Pollock, P.C., Mr. Trost practiced civil defense litigation. During Law School, Mr. Trost clerked for a Firm specializing in the litigation of complex water, environmental, and land use issues in Colorado. Mr. Trost was also awarded a distinguished summer clerkship with Justice Michael Bender, Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. Mr. Trost is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
